We accept cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order.
Because each Freshwood is made-to-order, all sales are final once production begins.
Custom Orders:
If you order a custom design (like a custom photo of your dog, car, or logo), it cannot be returned or refunded—even if you change your mind. We design exactly what you submit.
If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Just email support@freshwoodshop.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement.
